The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks while providing outstanding customer service.Responsibilities include:• Developing and implementing merchandising strategies• Analyzing sales data to identify areas of improvement• Creating visual displays and signage that attract customers• Ensuring shelves are stocked with appropriate products• Working with suppliers to ensure availability of merchandise• Building relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues• Maintaining inventory levels within the store• Training new staff members on merchandising processes• Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role• Knowledge of inventory management procedures• Ability to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem solving skills• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Salary: 1100 AED per month.
