By accessing or using JobsAisle (jobsaisle.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

JobsAisle is an online job portal that connects job seekers with employers across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. We provide job listings, search functionality, profile creation, job application tools, and career resources.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using your email, Google, or LinkedIn credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Job Listings

Job listings on JobsAisle are aggregated from various sources and posted by employers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all job listings are current, accurate, or complete. We are not responsible for the content of job listings posted by third parties. We do not guarantee employment or any specific outcome from applying to jobs through our platform.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use JobsAisle to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, scrape or harvest data from our platform without permission, interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation, violate any applicable laws or regulations, impersonate any person or entity, or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate job seeking or recruiting.

6. Intellectual Property

The JobsAisle name, logo, design, and content are the property of JobsAisle and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Employer Services

Employers may post jobs through our platform. By posting a job, employers confirm that the listing is genuine, the position exists, and they have the authority to post on behalf of their organization. We reserve the right to remove any job listing that violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

JobsAisle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of JobsAisle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
