Store Manager

Job Description Job Title: Store Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in retail management, preferably in the Gems & Jewellery industry. Key Responsibilities: Drive customer service excellence across all aspects of the store, including store appearance, merchandise display, product placement, and selling procedures Ensure achievement of strategic goals and sales targets by maximizing sales and gross profit Review sales performance, control expenses, and manage inventory effectively Hire, train, develop, and supervise store staff Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members Plan and coordinate daily staffing and schedules Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and local regulations Handle administrative tasks including personnel documentation, reporting, and monitoring sales receipts and cash flow Monitor stock levels and conduct regular quality checks of merchandise Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any specialization 2-5 years of experience in retail sales Prior experience in retail management preferred Experience in Gems & Jewellery industry is mandatory Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Experience in hiring, interviewing, and performance evaluation Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service
