Job Description Hiring | Business Development Executive MedPlus Health Services Limited : We are looking for dynamic candidates with 1-5 years of experience to support our retail expansion across Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Bhubaneswar, Mangalore, Bangalore, Gulbarga, Tumkur, Chennai, and Trichy. The role involves identifying and finalizing new shop locations, property sourcing, commercial leasing, rent negotiation for new and renewal agreements, coordinating with property consultants, managing documentation, conducting field visits, and tracking data with regular follow-ups. Candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel,  MS Excel knowledge, and good geographical awareness. Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree. CTC: 3-4 LPA.
