Pipe Welder 6G (TIG & ARC)

Madre Integrated Engineering Full time Perform TIG welding on various types of pipe materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy materials. Prepare pipes for welding, including cleaning, beveling, and fitting. Inspect and ensure the quality of welds for compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with other team members and report progress to supervisors. Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations and complies with relevant industry codes and regulations. Proven experience as a Pipe Welder (TIG) with a solid understanding of welding techniques and processes. Certification in TIG welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is highly preferred. Experience with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloys. Ability to read and understand welding blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong attention to detail, quality, and precision in welding work. Good physical condition and ability to work in challenging environments (e.g., confined spaces, elevated platforms). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols Preferred Qualifications Additional welding certifications. Experience working in heavy industrial or oil and gas sectors. Knowledge of pipefitting and mechanical systems.
