QualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP and Infrastructure and pipeline works, with a proven track record in cost estimation and project managementAnalyze project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents to develop accurate cost breakdowns.Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, etc.) to gather all necessary information for estimatingPreparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documentsProvide support during the bidding process, including the preparation of tender documentsWith NOC and can join immediately
