Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance

ResponsibilitiesActs as head of a Mechanical function for a business unit. Plans, controls and manages all maintenance activities, ensuring that quality and service standards are met and that targets are achieved or exceeded, all within approved budget levels.Monitoring daily progress of Mechanical maintenance activitiesFinding better ways to modify or adjust the system to increase the life of running machines.Collecting critical repeating problems from subordinates and disusing/implementation of better solutions.Follow up critical spares directly to purchase department and suppliersPreparing annual budget for mechanical maintenance department and follow up the same.Keeping the correspondence with suppliers for developing the cost effectivespares and reduce the maintenance costPreparation of monthly report on maintenance activity, spares situation, down time details, maintenance cost etc.Supervise and coordinate with machine shop supervisor for developing spares in our own work shop to reduce the maintenance spares cost.Preventive maintenance follows up on MonitoringDo other tasks as assignedRequirementsOverall maintenance control of tissue machine. Follow up any preventive maintenance activity, breakdown maintenance activity, and planned maintenance activity.Bachelor of Science in an Engineering disciple, preferably Mechanical.Preferably 8 years in similar function.Advanced English language skills.Strong management and team leadership skills.Well-developed computer skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
