Job Description

Interniis seeking atechnical Estimator / Quantity Surveyorspecialized ininterior fit-out and bespoke joineryfor luxury residential and hospitality projects.The role demands precision, cost engineering skills, and the ability to translate AutoCAD drawings into reliable estimates and BOQs under tight deadlines.About UsWe are a Dubai-based interiors and contracting company specialized in design, fit-out, and furniture procurement for residential and hospitality projects. We are looking for a highly organizedOffice Administratorwith proven UAE experience to support daily operations, finance coordination, HR documentation, and supplier management.Key ResponsibilitiesManageoffice operations, schedules, and correspondence with suppliers and clients.Handleinvoice registration, expense tracking, and VAT declarationin coordination with the company accountant.ProcessWPS payroll, leave records, and employee documentation (offers, renewals, visas).Maintainaccounts payable and receivablerecords; prepare payment requests and follow up with vendors.SupportHR and recruitment processes(posting, scheduling, onboarding, documentation).Coordinatecalendars, meetings, and callsfor management.Maintain and update contracts, purchase orders, and filing systems (digital and physical).Prepare and review documents, quotations, and company correspondence in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).Ensure office supplies and project documentation are always organized and up to date.Requirements2–4 years of proven UAE experiencein a similar role (preferably within an interiors, contracting, or construction company).Solid knowledge ofVAT,WPS, andUAE labour procedures.Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)andbasic accounting tools(Odoo).Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic an advantage).Good understanding ofsupplier management, procurement, and payment cycles.Positive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Immediate availability preferred.How to ApplyPlease submit yourCV in Englishwith the subject line: “Application – Office Admin (Dubai Interiors)”#J-18808-Ljbffr
