Job Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Specialist - Operational Readiness to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of operational readiness initiatives to ensure the successful launch of our innovative entertainment and leisure facilities.Your efforts will focus on conducting readiness assessments, identifying process improvements, and facilitating training to enhance staff performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about operational excellence and eager to contribute to groundbreaking projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of operational readiness strategies by partnering with various departments to align operational standards with project goals.Conduct assessments of operational readiness to ensure all areas are adequately prepared for upcoming launches.Identify and document gaps in operational processes and contribute to the development of solutions to enhance efficiency.Support the creation and delivery of training programs for staff to ensure operational excellence and exceptional guest service.Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to assess operational performance; report findings to management for review.Collaborate with project teams to verify that operational requirements are incorporated during project planning and execution.Participate in regular meetings and workshops to provide updates on readiness status and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in operational readiness, project support, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the capacity to assess workflows and recommend improvements.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships across departments.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Understanding of the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus.Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
