<div><p>For Saudi Nationals only</p><h3>Key Duties&Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies</li><li>Develop employee referral programs</li><li>Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.</li><li>perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast</li><li>Perform sourcing and mapping to meet current and future talent needs of the business using multiple sources as suitable including Internal, External, local and overseas sourcing.</li><li>Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychometric tests etc.)</li><li>Manages employment applications and background check reports</li><li>Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops</li><li>Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience</li><li>Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team</li><li>Assist in preparing recruitment report and tracking recruitment KPIs.</li><li>Support Talent Acquisition Director to manage different recruitment channels and networks in a timely and cost effective manner.</li><li>Ensure the recruitment and selection process of in-charge vacancies to be complied with the firm policies and regulations</li><li>Other tasks as required</li></ul><h3>Job Specifications</h3><h3>Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, training, languages, etc.)</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree HR or related field from an accredited educational institution or any related field.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Work Experience:</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years’ experience in recruitment or relevant area</li><li>Proven track record in Talen Acquisition activities including overseas, local, mass and executive experience.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Specifications</h3><ul><li>Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting</li><li>Proficient in social media platforms and job boards</li><li>Fluent in both written and spoken English</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>process oriented and analytical</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects</li><li>Retail industry experience is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
