As a leading event planning company, we specialize in creating unforgettable weddings for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for weddings, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and determine their budgetResearch and recommend vendors and venues that fit within the client's budget and preferencesNegotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of the clientCreate detailed timelines and schedules for each aspect of the weddingCoordinate with vendors to ensure all details are in place leading up to the wedding dayOversee all aspects of the wedding day, including set‑up, decorations, catering, transportation, etc.Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding dayMaintain communication with the client throughout the planning process to ensure their vision is being executed successfullyRequirementsMust be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)Previous experience as a wedding planner or coordinator is preferred but not requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of local vendors, venues, and customs in Doha is an advantageMust be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsBachelor's degree in event management or related field is preferredContract DetailsThis is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months.
