Founded in 1985, the organization employs 750+ people across twelve facilities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, with large BMW and Rolls-Royce Showrooms.Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Barista is responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages for customers and guests visiting the showroom or service center, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment that enhances the overall customer experience.ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation: Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte); operate coffee machines and equipment following brand standards; maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.Customer Service: Greet customers and offer refreshments in a courteous manner; ensure VIP and regular guests receive prompt and attentive service while waiting in lounge areas; assist with light hospitality duties to support the showroom environment.Inventory & Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock of coffee, tea, water, condiments, and related supplies; refill and clean coffee machines and service stations regularly; notify supervisors when items need restocking.Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the coffee area, lounge tables, and serving tools; ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards at all times; support showroom events (if applicable); assist in serving refreshments during special events, product launches, or client meetings.Qualifications & Experience4–6 years of barista or food & beverage experience (preferably in hospitality or customer service roles)Knowledge of coffee preparation and barista toolsPleasant personality with strong customer service skillsBasic communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)Skills & CompetenciesCoffee machine operationBeverage preparation (espresso-based drinks)Hygiene and safety practicesBasic inventory handlingCustomer interaction etiquetteBehavioral Skills & CompetenciesIntegrity & Safety – Demonstrates honesty, adheres to safety rules and regulationsJob Knowledge – Understands job duties and tools usedWork Quality – Produces neat, accurate, and complete workProductivity – Completes work on time and meets daily targetsTeamwork & Attitude – Works well with others and respects coworkers and supervisorsAdaptability – Adjusts to changes in schedule, tasks, or work conditionsInitiative – Proactively looks for improvementsBenefitsIn return, we offer a path towards a rewarding career and the opportunity to be part of one of the leading family groups within the UAE.
