This role ensures that all audiovisual and low‑voltage solutions are reliable, high-performing, and aligned with the operational needs of world-class facilities.ResponsibilitiesAs a VT Engineer, oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AV/ELV solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to project delivery and long-term system support.Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct technical evaluations, validate designs, and ensure seamless integration of AV/ELV components.Manage project timelines, installation phases, and commissioning activities while maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting standards.In the operational phase, lead troubleshooting, routine checks, emergency response procedures, and technical coordination for events to ensure systems function in mission-critical environments.Qualifications8+ years of experience in AV/ELV system design, integration, and implementationBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldStrong knowledge of AV/ELV standards, technologies, and integration methodsProven project management experience across multiple concurrent projectsExperience in sports venues or large-scale event environments (preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skillsCertifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are highly desirableNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with integrated venue systems (BMS, security, monitoring platforms)Hands-on experience with structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructureKnowledge of large-scale AV systems, signal distribution, and control platformsFamiliarity with international venue standards and compliance requirementsExperience with commissioning tools, AV diagnostics, and system optimization
