Vendor Management Senior Specialist

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the local Ops Manager&(key) account managers to improve operational metrics&setting vendors up for success.</li><li>Coordinating monthly scanning dates for selected accounts and ensuring actions are taken immediately (updating catalog, price changes, etc.)</li><li>Responsible for updating vendors' assortment catalog and integrations process for assortment, inventory management&price updates.</li><li>Daily review of performance&monitoring of inventory/price updates, identifying any issues and resolving them to ensure correct availability&prices.</li><li>Regularly reviewing vendors' assortment looking at orders generated&top out-of-stock worst offenders, sharing reports with the Local Ops Manager.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring vendors have the right training, tools (devices, etc.), and processes in place ensuring local tracking, implementation, and vendor compliance.</li><li>Vendors point of contact for any technical or process issues, creating incident tickets / providing guidance/solutions immediately.</li><li>Collaborate with other vendor professionals within the market and across the region for best practices and lessons learned.</li><li>Ability to carry out daily checks with limited support, ensuring all local processes are followed and completed.</li><li>Analyze customer/rider compensation issues and identify trends for fraud/abuse.</li><li>Manage pickers across different stores across KSA for performance and tracking attendance.</li><li>Set penalties for vendors when customer experience is impacted by delays and failed orders.</li><li>Take the lead on fixing technical challenges with product/tech to ensure systems are working as expected.</li><li>Work on enhancing local shops vendors quality by monitoring metrics related to sessions/CVR/failure rate… etc.</li><li>Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.</li><li>Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.</li><li>Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.</li><li>Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.</li><li>Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.</li><li>Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in an operational role.</li><li>Strong vendor operational knowledge.</li><li>Ability to document processes and guidelines.</li><li>Ability to work with large data and highlight key insights.</li><li>Ability to solve major issues efficiently, understand which issues require escalation, and propose documents/changes to mitigate.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
