Location: Dammam.Job SummaryWe are seeking skilled and experienced Tube Inspection Technicians to perform advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection of heat exchanger tubes, boilers, condensers, and pressure equipment. The role involves ensuring asset integrity, detecting defects, and supporting maintenance and shutdown activities in industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct tube inspection using advanced NDT techniques such as ECT, MFL, RFT, IRIS, and BCNPerform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) including Shear Wave inspectionsInspect heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, and pressure vesselsIdentify corrosion, erosion, cracks, pitting, and wall thickness lossInterpret inspection data and prepare detailed technical reportsCalibrate and maintain inspection equipmentFollow international inspection standards and client specificationsCoordinate with site engineers and maintenance teamsSupport plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance projectsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental proceduresMaintain accurate documentation and inspection recordsParticipate in toolbox talks and safety meetingsEssential QualificationsDiploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Engineering or related fieldASNT Level II Certification (Mandatory)Certification/Training in ECT / MFL / RFT / IRIS / BCN (Mandatory)Valid UT Shear Wave CertificationMinimum 5+ years of relevant tube inspection experienceSkills RequiredStrong knowledge of NDT methods and inspection standardsProficiency in tube inspection equipment and softwareAbility to interpret signals, charts, and inspection dataGood communication skills in English (spoken and written)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in teamsProblem-solving and troubleshooting abilityGood physical fitness for site workTime management and reporting skillsPreferred RequirementsExperience in oil & gas, power plants, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industriesExposure to international inspection projectsKnowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO standardsWillingness to work in confined spaces and at heightsValid safety certifications (if applicable)Work ConditionsSite-based work in industrial environmentsMay require shift duty, night work, and overtimeInvolves working during plant shutdowns and turnaroundsRequires use of PPE and strict safety complianceTravel and relocation may be requiredCompensation & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹72,000Overtime (as per company policy)Accommodation/Transport (if provided by client)Medical/Insurance (as per company policy)Growth opportunities in inspection and NDT field#J-18808-Ljbffr
