<div><h3>Cost Control Manager –Roads and Infrastructure</h3><p>Will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project costs for large-scale road and bridge construction projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered within approved budgets by implementing effective cost control systems, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and identifying financial risks and opportunities.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and review conceptual and detailed estimates for infrastructure works.</li><li>Carryout material and subcontracts Comparison, negotiations and selection.</li><li>Contribute to technical proposal deliverables.</li><li>Prepare and review Top Sheet, indirect cost estimate, and Risk and opportunity analysis.</li><li>Lead&defend proposal presentation to higher management.</li><li>Lead post-award hand over.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Civil engineering.</li><li>20+ years’ experience and 5+ as senior estimator</li><li>Experience in CESSM4 and engineering software’s like Civil3D, Revit, AutoCAD…</li><li>MS Office suite professional experience is a must.</li><li>Cost awareness, technical knowledge&understanding of execution methodology.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
