We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Training Coordinator to oversee the organizational training strategy for our operations team and assess its impact. You’ll identify training and developmental needs to drive training initiatives that build loyalty to the company while working across departments to get the team up to speed in their specific vertical. The ideal candidate will enhance the team’s skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work.Main ResponsibilitiesPlanning and CoordinationCoordinate the training schedule and training calendar with all MP trainersCoordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure availability and alignment with training objectives and training-related projectsCollaborate closely with HR and ensure each team member has their passportResponsible in updating the onboarding and planned calendar for all team membersParticipant ManagementEnsure new joiners are following the training schedule as per the training calendarUpdate and assist trainers in quiz and survey links and coordinate with the Training TeamAttend all meetings related to training topicsResponsible for giving the knowledge assessment exam during probation or if neededResponsible for conducting quarterly knowledge assessments for all Junior Team MembersConduct or assist in train-the-trainer sessions with the help of other stakeholdersAdministrative TasksDesign and prepare Training tools like curriculum, SOPs, or presentationsEnsure training materials, such as session slides, quizzes, and surveys, are prepared for the trainersPrepare training-related documentation, such as training agendas, handouts, and certificates.Handle post-training tasks, such as compiling feedback from participants and trainersResponsible for updating the profile and training progress for each team member on the Digital PassportCommunicationCoordinate with Training Manager, or other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and training needs.Collaborate with HR in making sure that new joiners are encoded on the SystemCollaborate with the Training Managers, Operations Team and Cross-Functional Teams on other SOPs that need to be documentedServe as a liaison between trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders.Evaluation and ReportingAssist in identifying training needs and gaps within operationsCollect feedback from trainees and trainers each session to evaluate training effectiveness. (Post-survey Evaluation)Analyze training data and prepare reports on key metrics such as participant satisfaction, learning outcomes, and training impact on employee’s skills and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation resultsMonitoring and TrackingMonitor and update training progress in the implementation planAssist or create Training Visuals such as PowerPoint presentations, etc.Regularly check all updates for all operational-related SOPs. Schedule a Document Audit if neededResponsible for controlling, organizing, and storing all training passportsRecord all completed training sessions by stamping and stickering each team member's training passportIdeal CandidateWith a background in the Food / Bulk Cooking Industry of at least 1-2 yearsExperience in Training Coordinator or similar role at least 1-3 yearsResult- Oriented / Result- DrivenAble to effectively communicate in both verbal and written EnglishAttention to detail and ensuring accuracy of information in the training materials and other training resourcesEnjoys learning and is committed to continuous improvement/developmentMust be currently based in KSAKnowledge & CompetencyAdaptability and Flexibility. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust training plans based on feedback or changing training needs.Strong organizational skillsAble to work on multiple projects, and work with tight deadlinesTechnology Proficiency and familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides / PowerPoint, and Google FormsExperience with training apps and other training platforms is a major plusPersonalityStrong communicatorResult oriented and drivenAbility to work both independently and in a teamEager to learnFriendly and pleasant personality that is able to lead with empathy and patience#J-18808-Ljbffr
