Tender Quantity Surveyor: Precise Measurements & BOQs

Job Responsibility SummaryPrepare detailed measurements, BOQs, and cost inputs from drawings and specifications to enable accurate tender pricing.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quantity take-offs and detailed measurements from tender drawings and documents.Prepare and check Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and measurement sheets.Coordinate with estimators, engineers, and planners to clarify scope and quantities.Identify discrepancies, omissions, and risks in tender documents.Support value engineering and cost optimisation during tender stage.Ensure scope gaps between drawings / specification and Bill of Quantities are identified and raised for clarifications I qualified as part of the tender submission.Maintain organized measurement records and supporting documentation.When required, prepare and issue subcontractor package for sending out / procuring packages.Prepare / Tabulate quotes received from the subcontractors and review them to ensure compliance with the tender drawings / specifications and advise the estimator.#J-18808-Ljbffr
