Document Controller - Site (UAE National)

We are seeking an organized and efficient UAE National Document Controller to join our team at our project site in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As the Document Controller you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling all project-related documents ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain document control systems and procedures for all project documentationReceive log and distribute incoming and outgoing documentsReview documents for completeness accuracy and compliance with established standardsMaintain up-to-date document registers and databasesCoordinate document revisions and ensure proper version controlAssist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and presentationsCollaborate with project team members to ensure timely document submissions and approvalsPerform regular audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvementProvide training and support to team members on document control proceduresEnsure proper archiving and retrieval of project documentsQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration Information Management or related fieldExperience in document control or similar role preferably in construction or engineering projectsProficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)Strong knowledge of filing and archiving systemsExcellent data entry and record-keeping skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityKnowledge of UAE construction industry standards and regulationsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDocument Control certification is preferredExperience with construction or engineering projects is a plusRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
