Construction Manager

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise building projects.</li><li>Oversee project planning, execution, and resource allocation.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.</li><li>Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.</li><li>Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and work procedures.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.</li><li>Lead and mentor project teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 18+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.</li><li>Proven experience managing large-scale building projects in GCC (Saudi experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
