In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting Azizi’s off-plan properties, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. You will play a critical role in the first stage of the customer journey by creating interest and building rapport over the phone.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or cold leads.Introduce Azizi Developments’ real estate projects and explain key features and benefits.Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the property sales team.Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.Collaborate closely with sales managers to ensure a smooth client transition.Stay up-to-date with project information, pricing, and promotions.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in UAE real estate or a similar customer-focused industry.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Strong phone presence and confidence in cold calling.Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.Positive attitude, team player, and ability to handle rejection professionally.Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not mandatory.What We OfferAttractive commission structureGrowth and development opportunities within a leading real estate brandBe part of iconic projects like Burj Azizi#J-18808-Ljbffr
