Job Description Opening for 2 process Closing Manager ONLY FEMALES Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries and follow up with potential buyers. Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to clients. Schedule and conduct site visits with interested clients. Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service. Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets. Coordinate with the sales, admin, and management teams for smooth documentation. Maintain client records, update CRM, and track lead status. Assist clients with booking formalities and payment follow-ups. Requirements: ONLY FEMALES Minimum 13 years of experience in Real Estate Closing or Sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle site visits and client meetings confidently. Basic knowledge of sales documentation and closing procedures. Target-oriented with a positive attitude and professional behavior Pre Sales Executive ONLY FEMALES Key Responsibilities Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to potential customers. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate interest. Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Maintain and update the lead database regularly. Coordinate with the Sales/Closing team to schedule meetings and property/site visits (if applicable). Provide product/project information clearly and professionally over call. Ensure a high-quality customer experience and maintain professionalism at all times. Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets set by the company. Required Skills & Qualifications Good English communication skills (mandatory) Presentable and confident while speaking Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, email handling) Strong listening and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and target-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Lead Generation Real Estate industry experience mandatory JOB LOCATION MALAD WEST JOB TIMING 10.30 to 7.00pm Salary based on your interview and last payout
