Ensure proper maintenance & efficiency of market equipment in the workshop or allocated route in the market.Minimizing downtime & ensuring that all the customer complaints related to equipment’s are immediately covered as per company’s standardsAdhere to Company standards, procedures, policies, and Safe work methods.Install, deliver, move and pickup marketing equipment to minimize customer downtime.Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.Collect accurate and complete customer informationEnsure that all repaired components have undergone test in the work shop.Attend to emergency complaints as in the case of post mix machinesResponsible for preventive maintenance & sanitation of the equipment according to the maintenance process.As per sales request, install new machine or remove/replace from outletConduct site study and inform higher authority on requirements prior to any new installation.Perform all machines checks and repairs in the marketInstall & calibrate all types of post-mix machines.Maintain high level of sanitary condition especially on post mix machinesMaintain contact with sales team and the key customers.Investigate the possible causes for abnormal failuresMonitor functioning of every equipment systematicallycoach assistant to attend & resolve technical issuesWork for the continues improvement of the maintenance operations & ensure customer satisfactionLearn new equipment operation and maintenance techniquesAttend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
