Job Title: Tech PM for BNPLTerm: 12 monthsLocation: West Bay, Doha, QatarDivision: Cards & PaymentsReports to: Head of Product- CardsRelevant experience: 10+ years (preferably in project management within traditional banking environments)Mandatory RequirementsStrong payments technology. Project Management background with business orientation (Cards)Professional proficiency in EnglishExperience in cards domain (debit, credit, prepaid) and BNPL solutionsKnowledge of UAE/GCC regulatory frameworks for digital onboardingImmediately availablePurpose of the ProjectThe Techno-Functional Project Manager will act as the interface between the Cards Product team and the Technology team, ensuring seamless delivery of strategic initiatives such as BNPL card launch, One-Credential implementation, digital onboarding, and loyalty migration. This role demands a strong technology background combined with business acumen to drive projects to completion within aggressive timelines.Key ActivitiesCore Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesProject Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of BNPL card and One-Credential projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Oversee digital onboarding initiatives to enable instant credit card issuanceDrive loyalty platform migration and ensure operational readiness.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between product, technology, compliance, and operations teams. Facilitate workshops to define requirements and solution design.Technical & Business Integration: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure smooth integration with card issuance platforms, APIs, and fraud engines. Monitor compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory standards.Execution & Governance: Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and governance documentation. Track milestones, manage dependencies, and elevate issues proactively.Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT, UAT, and certification testing for new features and platforms.Ensure robust performance monitoring post-launch.KPIsAuthorization rate upliftDigital onboarding timeLoyalty migration success rateSLA adherenceIncident mean-time-to-recoveryTime-to-certification/launchKnowledge and ExperienceStrong technology background with proven ability to manage complex integrations.Expertise in card issuance systems, BNPL solutions, tokenization, and digital onboarding.Familiarity with loyalty platforms and migration strategies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Tokenization and network tokens.3DS risk flows and fraud management.GCC regulatory familiarity with cards and BNPL.Full cards lifecycle knowledge (authorization clearing/settlement).EMV certification and scheme compliance basics.Digital onboarding processes and API integration.Disputes/chargebacks lifecycle.Mandatory SkillsStrong Payments technology Project Management background with business orientation (Cards)Professional proficiency in English.Experience in cards domain (Debit, Credit, Prepaid) and BNPL solutions.Knowledge of UAE/GCC regulatory frameworks for digital onboardingImmediately Available#J-18808-Ljbffr
