Reimbursement should be claimed via the expenses procedure system, with supporting evidence.Global connections: join experts around the world who are at the leading edge of our industry, shaping the standards of our profession Responsibilities Responsible for participating in the creation, maintenance and enforcement of IM strategy, standards and procedures and assures compliance.Responsible for ensuring technical competence standards and for monitoring competence levels, and for overall management and development of Information Management, Document Control,Data Management & Record Management.Responsible for establishing the functional requirements for Information Management Systems and Tools and working with IT and software vendors to ensure they are met.Work within the Project Delivery organization to ensure IM & DM procedures are consistent with the overall execution strategies.Lead the implementation of Information Management & Document Management Systems and ToolsResponsible for the development and implementation of workshare strategies within Information Management & Document ManagementAdvise on the technical direction, processes and supporting technologies that will enable the successful delivery of IM, DM and related digital services.Responsible for engaging with the project management to coordinate and ensure all day-to-day management and operational decisions are met and that solutions meet the customer expectations, leading to successful project deliveryIdentify and assess principal execution risks for projects in IM, DM and digital systems and ensure that these are being monitored and managedEnsure that the digital transition maintains high ethical standards and social responsibility wherever it does business Qualifications Degree qualified or equivalent Job Specific Experience Significant experience and competence in operationally focused senior management roles within a complex international organisationDeep understanding and knowledge of relevant marketsAbility to provide leadership to multination team members and close coordination with multiple disciplines across a complex organisationProven ability to establish strong and appropriate relationships with the leadership team, customers, staff and all stakeholdersProven record of implementing and embedding a safety cultureDemonstrated experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management.Ability to influence, enable, and drive company performance and culture through excellent communication Knowledge of Cutting edge information and document management, digital transformation trends, new to market and in development, and to be released possibilitiesRecent
