You will also support visa and employment procedures in coordination with PROs maintaining full compliance with UAE Labour Law.How Youll ShineYoull play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience from the very this role you will:Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for assigned departments ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey.Support all visa and employment processes in coordination with PROs maintaining full compliance with UAE Labour Law.Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems (Workday Enboarder etc.) while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Provide clear and practical guidance on HR policies procedures and legislation to managers and employees alike.Assist with employee relations mattersincluding grievances investigations and disciplinary actions while upholding fairness and discretion.Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement retention and performance through proactive HR support.Collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives in Talent Development Wellbeing and Health & Safety.Represent our company values with professionalism integrity and respect in every interaction.What Youll BringA people-focused mindset and a genuine passion for recruitment and creating positive employee experiences.Strong communication organisation and problem-solving skills.A solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and experience managing visa and employment processes.How Youll Be RewardedCompetitive salary and benefits package aligned with Dubai market standards.Discounted hotel stays across globallyProfessional development fundingReward & Recognition ProgramsKey Requirements23 years HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding (UAE experience preferred).Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Passion for HR excellence and continuous improvement.Where Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel Leisure Co.
