Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionThis role will report into the local Head of Department and help lead the way we shape, create and develop our PA and Corporate Responsibility efforts across the UAE.Identify, assess and leverage relevant public affairs opportunities and/or important regulatory changes on an ongoing basisHelp establish and maintain strategic relationships with government entities and regulatory authorities in the UAE, and ensure the company’s priorities and role are clearly conveyedSupport in the development and execution of public affairs plans across seven emirates and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to drive ongoing projects and new initiativesDraft content and presentations, organize meetings and events, as well as ensure alignment with comms and marketing teams when needed (including newsletter to authorities)Help in risk mitigation, including online/on-ground support and documenting incidentsCollaborate closely with other functions to ensure alignment between business and policy objectives, as well as sustainability goals and community outreachCorporate ResponsibilityProject management of corporate responsibility initiatives that involve liaising with internal stakeholders across various departments (example: commercial, operations, finance, legal, marcomms)Aligning corporate responsibility and sustainability targets to international standards and local UAE government mandatesMeasuring the social impact of the initiatives and reporting on non‑financial performanceQualificationsA minimum of 4-6 years of experience in either Public Affairs, exposure to Communications and/or Communications and Corporate Responsibility a plusAgency experience and/or dynamic in‑house exposure, with project management experienceQualifications and or Experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs or Communications.Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English communications skillsResults and data driven - proven involvement in impactful PA/CR campaigns.Dedicated, reliable and accurate with great attention to detailA collaborative and agile mindset, able to manage a large number of stakeholdersOrganizational skills - used to simultaneously working on several projects at any one timeAble to work under pressure with high emotional intelligence and a professional approachAdditional InformationYou have the opportunity to be based in our specially designed collaborative work space in City Walk.You will also experience exciting opportunities for professional and personal growth and recognition.Monthly talabat credit to spend in the app, however you wantParental leaveWorking with the team, building the fastest‑growing, largest and most valuable network of online food ordering services.Our colleagues at talabat come from every corner of the globe, working in diverse, cross‑cultural teams.Enjoy fresh fruits, cereals, beverages, tea, and discounts at our Everyday Roastery cafe next doorTake a break in our wellbeing room, music room or take in the views of the Dubai Downtown Skyline on our roof terrace!Sponsored healthcare and gym membership#J-18808-Ljbffr
