<div><p>We are seeking a highly experienced<b>Supply Chain General Manager</b>to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of procurement, logistics, and vendor management in alignment with the organization's overall objectives.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Provide strategic leadership and align supply chain objectives with the group's overall strategy.</li><li>Develop and implement supply chain plans to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.</li><li>Oversee procurement activities, including demand planning, vendor negotiations, and purchasing processes.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, prequalification, performance monitoring, and partnership development.</li><li>Ensure effective contract lifecycle management (drafting, reviewing, renewing, and compliance).</li><li>Oversee the efficient receipt of goods and services, ensuring accurate documentation and timely payments.</li><li>Lead logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.</li><li>Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal supply chain standards.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across all supply chain functions.</li><li>Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance and capabilities.</li><li>Oversee supply chain-related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.</li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications&Experience</b></h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b>15+ years in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with strong leadership experience.</li><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, vendor management, and supply chain optimization.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex operations and lead cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
