Logistics Specialist

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:Smart energy metersLV & MV instrument transformersLV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)Our products are internationally type-tested and backed by strong engineering expertise and certified quality systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001).Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory movement.Track and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs-related paperwork.Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.Assist in inventory control and warehouse coordination.Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.Support in optimizing transportation and cost efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.A maximum of one year of experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Basic understanding of logistics operations and documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills in English.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
