<div><p><b>Greenland Group</b>is looking for<b>Storekeeper - Auto Parts&Workshop - (Nesma, KSA)</b></p><h3>Job Description / Responsibility</h3><ul><li><b>Inventory Management&Control:</b></li><li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all stock movements using inventory management systems or software.</li><li>Perform regular cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.</li><li>Monitor stock levels to initiate reordering, ensuring part availability while avoiding overstocking.</li><li>Implement stock rotation (e.g., FIFO - First In, First Out) to minimize obsolescence.</li><li><b>Receiving&Storing Parts:</b></li><li>Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage, defects, and discrepancies against purchase orders (PO).</li><li>Sort, label, and store parts systematically in designated racks or bins for easy retrieval.</li><li>Manage hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.</li><li><b>Issuing&Distribution:</b></li><li>Process requests and issue parts to maintenance personnel or technicians, updating records immediately.</li><li>Prepare parts for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling, if necessary.</li><li><b>Logistics&Maintenance:</b></li><li>Keep the warehouse/store area clean, organized, and safe, adhering to safety regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with purchasing/procurement departments for efficient restocking.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and address urgent parts needs.</li><li><b>Documentation&Reporting:</b></li><li>Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and stock discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN) and material issue vouchers.</li></ul><h3>Educational Requirements</h3><h3>Experience Requirements</h3><ul><li>2 to 5 year(s)</li><li>The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):</li><li>Training Institutes, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Automobile, Motor Workshop</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
