Sr. technical assistant

Primary Purpose of the JobPrepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Management Reports on Gas Distributed to Consumers, Gas received from various Sources, NGL production and Administration etc.Provide technical support and archival, document control and technical software assistance in departmental divisions. Maintains and updates the Department/Division computer-based data records. Responsible for entry of process data into computer packages, fiscal reports, performance indicators. Assists in the production of various routine and non-routine technical reports.Assists in the preparation of a variety of complex technical drawings, operational procedures and analyses production/environmental data. Maintains technical library/reference material and keeps records. Handles all project-related documents and keeps records. Provide assistance to GIS Engineers and Supervisors by preparing Technical replies to various Customers like MME, Ooreedoo, QEWC, KAHRAMA, ASHGHAL, PEO etc.Required Experience and SkillsEXPERIENCESix years’ experience in oil / gas / petrochemical industry.Experience in having carried out similar work.SKILLSEffective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Basic financial skills.Must have adequate problem analytical and solving skills.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Educational QualificationsSecondary Education (12 years) plus two year technical diploma or graduate in any discipline. PC literate (standard office packages).
