Sr. Manager IT & Data

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – IT & Data to lead the organization’s technology infrastructure, data strategy, and analytics initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing IT operations, ensuring system reliability, and driving data-driven decision-making across the business.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail technology environments, cloud platforms, data platforms, and enterprise systems while leading cross-functional teams and vendors.Define and execute the organization’s IT and data strategy aligned with business goals.Lead and mentor the IT and data teams across infrastructure, applications, and analytics.Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of all IT systems.Infrastructure & Systems ManagementOversee cloud and on-prem infrastructure, including servers, networking, and enterprise platforms.Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place.Manage third-party providers, hosting environments, and managed service partners.Monitor system performance and drive improvements in uptime and reliability.Retail Technology & OperationsManage POS systems, store technology, and retail platforms across multiple locations.Ensure seamless integration between ERP, POS, CRM, and other business systems.Support store operations through reliable technology and process automation.Data & AnalyticsLead the design and implementation of data architecture and analytics platforms.Enable business teams with reporting, dashboards, and insights.Manage data pipelines, data governance, and data quality initiatives.Drive advanced analytics initiatives including customer insights, sales analytics, and operational analytics.Security & ComplianceEnsure IT security standards, policies, and compliance requirements are met.Implement best practices for data protection, cybersecurity, and risk management.Conduct regular audits and system reviews.Project & Stakeholder ManagementLead technology transformation projects across the organization.Work closely with business leaders, finance, operations, and marketing teams.Deliver IT projects on time and within budget.Educational Qualifications & CertificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field6+ years of experience in IT leadership rolesProven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environmentsStrong experience with data platforms, analytics, and reporting systemsExperience managing POS and retail technology ecosystemsStrong vendor and stakeholder management skillsExperience leading cross-functional teamsData Engineering CertificationsNature of ExperienceMinimum of 6 years’ experience working in IT and Analytics fieldExperience with Azure / cloud platformsKnowledge of data engineering, BI tools, and data warehousingExperience in retail or multi-store environmentsFamiliarity with ERP integrations and enterprise systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
