Shop assistant

OverviewShop Assistant / Store Assistant position entails managing clients from the beginning to the end of the customer journey — assisting customers in discovering products according to their demands, guiding them to checkout and payment, and aiming to ensure repeat business. The role requires positive communication, confidence, and prior sales experience. Experience with Electric, Hygienic ware, and Digital Tools sales is preferred. The Shop Assistant will establish and maintain a professional and cordial relationship with customers to generate leads and convert them into business for the company. The role covers the customer journey from understanding client needs to payment and checkout, and includes stock/supply monitoring to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
