We are looking for a Service Advisor to deliver a seamless and professional customer experience while coordinating with our technical teams to ensure high quality service delivery. Role Overview As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers-understanding their needs, recommending the right services, and ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Consultation Welcome customers and understand their service needs Inspect vehicles and gather essential details (mileage, history, etc.) Recommend suitable services (tyres, oil changes, alignment, etc.) Clearly explain service scope and pricing Service Coordination Schedule appointments and manage workflow Coordinate with technicians for timely service completion Keep customers updated on progress and delays Upselling & Customer Value Promote additional services and products Educate customers on premium options and offers Support loyalty programs and seasonal promotions Customer Relationship Management Build long term customer relationships Handle complaints professionally and elevate when needed Collect and record customer feedback Administrative Tasks Prepare invoices and service estimates Maintain accurate service records and documentation Process payments and billing inquiries Quality Assurance Conduct post service follow ups Ensure service quality and vehicle readiness before handover Act as a bridge between customers and technicians Coordinate with inventory teams for parts and product availability Customer satisfaction scores Monthly upselling performance Service turnaround time Accuracy in billing and documentation Customer facing role at service reception
