Contact and visit Corporates, Rent A Cars, Government institutions in the UAE Market for fleet business.Meet Transport & Procurement Managers to grow Fleet Service revenue through mutual business agreement.Sell Service Contracts and repair packages to Fleet customers.Promote Insurance renewal through strategic tie-ups with Fleet Companies & Insurance Cos.Execute service marketing campaigns for fleet customers of the region.Gather market intelligence and track competitor’s activities (Authorized Distributors & Local Service Centres) to come out with innovative ideas to retain customers.Performance Analysis and Report creation for assigned region and KPI’s.Enhance Fleet vehicle retention by sound processes, problem solving and ensuring customer satisfaction.Performance Analysis and Report creation for assigned KPI’s. Track not materialized Estimates, follow-up with customers / insurance companies and have them converted for repairs.Develop & execute exclusive B&P marketing campaigns to improve B&P business.Gather market intelligence and track competitor’s activities (Local Workshops) to come out with innovative ideas to capture the accident vehicles.Performance Analysis and Report creation for assigned KPI’s.Educational Qualification:Technical/ Engineering Degree in Automobile or Mechanical or Diploma / Degree in any field.Work Experience:Experience (min 3 years), preferably in Automobile Aftersales industry in Dubai & UAE market with customer handling skills.Good communication with Negotiation skills & Product knowledge.Proficiency in computer & MS Office applications.Fluency in English. Arabic and other Indian languages will be added advantage.Confident, self-motivated with high energy level young candidate with pleasing personality.Languages:Fluency in English.
