The role covers financial planning, project finance, and reporting, while partnering closely with Engineering, Program Management, and Procurement teams.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Financial Planning&Analysis</h3><ul><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting with strong analytical and business modelling capabilities</li><li>Develop and monitor financial forecasts, including project cash flows, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery</li><li>Analyze variances (Budget vs. Forecast vs. Actual) and present insights to management with a high level of attention to detail</li><li>Partner with Procurement and HR to plan resource costs, contractor spend, and headcount, demonstrating strong cross‑functional collaboration</li></ul><h3>Project Finance&Performance Management</h3><ul><li>Manage project financials, including cost, revenue, and profitability tracking, ensuring strong budget control and risk identification</li><li>Deliver monthly project performance reports and profitability analysis to senior stakeholders</li><li>Work closely with Program Managers and Engineering teams to evaluate R&D and product development costs using advanced analytics</li><li>Monitor resource utilization and ensure accurate month‑end close activities, maintaining high levels of accuracy and accountability</li><li>Support funding and compliance reporting requirements where applicable</li></ul><h3>Governance&Compliance</h3><ul><li>Ensure adherence to EDGE accounting policies, IFRS standards, and Delegation of Authority</li><li>Support internal and external audits with strong attention to detail and compliance mindset</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements (including SAP S/4HANA), driving efficiency and continuous improvement</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Professional certification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA)</li><li>8–10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within R&D or product development environments</li></ul><h3>Key Competencies</h3><ul><li>Advanced financial modelling, analytics, and Excel expertise (including dashboards and automation)</li><li>Proficiency in Power BI and strong systems acumen</li><li>Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex data</li><li>High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across functions</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight deadlines</li><li>Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
