Senior Product Designer – Action CenterWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and evolve the Action Center. Action Center is not a consumer-facing product. It’s a complex internal platform used daily by multiple teams to monitor services, manage tasks, resolve issues, and coordinate work across the company. Your role is to bring clarity and structure to operational complexity — improving information hierarchy, workflows, and consistency across the system. The role sits within our Ops Area and focuses on a web-based internal platform used by teams across Support, Operations, Content, Marketing, Finance, and Product. This is a high-impact role: how well Action Center works directly affects how efficiently teams operate — and indirectly, how customers experience Snoonu.What You’ll Get Your Hands OnCore workflows used by internal teams to manage services and operationsState-heavy, permission-based flows with real operational consequencesDashboards, task management, and exception handlingImproving hierarchy, prioritization, and clarity across dense interfacesUnifying patterns across different services and teamsIterating on a live system used daily by hundreds of internal usersThis is not a greenfield role. You’ll work with real complexity, real users, and real constraintsOwn end-to-end design of Action Center initiatives within a defined scopeImprove information architecture, navigation, and prioritization logicDesign state-heavy flows (permissions, errors, empty states, conditional logic)Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and internal stakeholdersTranslate multi-stakeholder input into clear, scalable design decisionsAlign solutions with the Design System and propose improvements where patterns are missingSupport design QA and ensure implemented behavior matches intentContribute to cross-team alignment when changes impact multiple teamsThis role expects senior-level ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to balance competing needs across teams.The Magic You BringYou have strong product design experience (typically 5+ years, guidance, not a rule).You’re comfortable working on complex, state-heavy systems rather than simple consumer flows.You enjoy structuring dense information into clear, usable hierarchies.You can design for power users who need speed, clarity, and predictability.You’re able to balance flexibility with clear rules and guardrails.You communicate clearly and collaborate calmly with cross-functional partners.You’re comfortable making design decisions with incomplete information and real constraints.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience designing internal tools, dashboards, or operational systemsExperience working in multi-vertical or platform-based productsFamiliarity with permission-based systems or role-driven workflowsInside the Design TeamYou’ll be joining a multicultural Product Design team of 18+ designers working across customer-facing products, merchant tools, and internal platforms.
