Technical Project Manager

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale IT and business transformation initiatives within the Utilities sector.The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of IT projects, translating business strategy into actionable specifications, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage IT projects in collaboration with business process owners.Translate IT strategy into clear business requirements and obtain stakeholder sign-off.Design integrated business solutions across departments to improve operational efficiency.Develop full-scale project plans, manage budgets, assemble project teams, and track deliverables.Conduct project scoping, effort estimation, staffing, and resource planning.Document user journeys and analyze related business processes.Manage stakeholder relationships, resolving scope changes, conflicts, and misunderstandings effectively.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables.Implement solutions with minimal disruption to day-to-day business operations.Perform quality control and continuously evaluate project performance improvements.Communicate project updates to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.Support governance reporting and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (mandatory).Strong decision-making and initiative-taking ability.Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.Strong analytical, facilitation, and persuasion skills.Creative problem-solving mindset.High attention to detail and results-oriented approach.Ability to perform effectively under pressure.Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Master’s in Computer Science or related field preferred).Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.Proven experience delivering software and business-oriented projects in complex Utilities environments.PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
