This role is pivotal in driving network performance, customer experience, and strategic evolution through advanced technical leadership and innovation.Detailed Job DescriptionAs the Technical Director, you will spearhead E2E network optimization projects, ensuring measurable KPI improvements and superior user experience. You will design and implement Huawei GLN strategies, lead SME teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver best‑class RAN optimization solutions. The role demands strong technical acumen, hands‑on experience with Huawei technologies, and the ability to leverage automation tools for efficiency. You will also engage in customer experience management, digital transformation initiatives, and provide strategic guidance for network evolution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead E2E network optimization projects with a focus on KPI and KQI improvements.Design and implement Huawei GLN strategies aligned with organizational goals.Develop technical proposals and network evolution plans for strategic initiatives.Provide technical leadership to SME teams and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.Conduct trace analysis and customer experience evaluations using CEM tools.Utilize Python and SQL for automation and reporting processes.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present solutions to GM/VP‑level stakeholders.Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SON and Discovery solutions.Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 12 years of experience in network optimization, with strong Huawei GLN expertise.Proven experience in E2E optimization; PS Core knowledge is an advantage.Hands‑on experience with Customer Experience Management (CEM) systems and KQI frameworks.Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation and data analysis.Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and influencing executives.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.Familiarity with Huawei digital transformation products (SON, Discovery) and proven achievements.Nice‑to‑Have SkillsExperience with multi‑vendor optimization environments.Knowledge of AI/ML‑based optimization techniques.Exposure to cloud‑native RAN and virtualization technologies.Advanced reporting and dashboard development skills.Familiarity with big data platforms for telecom analytics.Recruitment Pro TipShowcase your leadership experience and highlight specific achievements in Huawei GLN optimization and digital transformation projects.
