F5 Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Riyadh, KSA

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and certified F5 Expert / SME to join our Operations Team onsite in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of extensive hands‑on experience with F5 technologies and be proficient in all major F5 modules, including Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Global Traffic Manager / DNS (GTM/DNS), and Application Security Manager (ASM). This role requires deep technical expertise to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot F5 solutions within a complex enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of F5 BIG‑IP solutions across the organization’s infrastructure.Provide expert‑level support and troubleshooting for all F5 modules: LTM, GTM/DNS, and ASM.Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of F5 services.Develop and maintain F5 configurations, policies, and automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency.Monitor and analyze traffic patterns, application delivery, and security events using F5 tools.Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of application delivery infrastructure.Conduct health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning for F5 environments.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.Stay current with F5 product updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements.Participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis related to F5 infrastructure.Certification: Must be F5 certified.Experience: Minimum 12 years of extensive experience working with F5 technologies.Technical ExpertiseIn‑depth knowledge of F5 BIG‑IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) for load balancing and application delivery.Strong expertise in F5 Global Traffic Manager (GTM) / DNS for global load balancing and DNS management.Proficient in F5 Application Security Manager (ASM) for web application firewall and security policies.Proven experience in configuring and managing F5 modules in enterprise environments.Strong understanding of network protocols, security concepts, and application delivery architectures.Experience working onsite in operational teams supporting critical infrastructure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
