Each and every member of the GBS family plays an integral role in driving ADCB's strategy, growth and digital evolution by working closely with our valued business partners to achieve exceptional customer experience through our outstanding service and support.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.ResponsibilitiesIdeate, design and build out Digital Asset solution architectures to enable product delivery, working with diverse stakeholder groups (internal and external) and ensure alignment to ADCB’s goals and objectives.Translate Digital assets product vision into robust solution designs and architecture diagrams aligned with enterprise architecture standards and guardrails, enabling safe and fast delivery of digital asset experiences.Evaluate emerging technologies and perform research and vendor assessments on Digital Asset solutions to promote contemporary and efficient engineering practices within squads.Drive reuse of enterprise APIs, data products, microservices, and design patterns to reduce dependencies and technical debt.Contribute to platform, tribe and chapter deliverables and governance as required, ensuring architecture translates to delivered technology builds.Manage the operations of Digital Assets applications, platforms, and systems by conducting incident analysis and troubleshooting; provide effective solutions and work closely with stakeholders to deploy, test, and implement releases in production, supporting smooth banking functions and consistent customer service.Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation to support platform-level governance in line with Technology standards and policies.Liaise with business analysts, engineers, delivery leads, and other architects to deliver optimal solution design outcomes in a scaled agile model.Manage and coach tech leads and engineers on architecture principles, patterns and designs to mitigate risks and rapidly mature a modern, scalable technology stack for digital assets.Collaborate with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, translating them into technical requirements and architecture plans for digital asset solutions.Guide stakeholders understand the business model, value, and proposition of proposed solutions to ensure clarity on deliverables and benefits.Act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information flow throughout project delivery.Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.Manage and coach tech leads and engineers on architecture principles, patterns and designs to mitigate risks and rapidly mature a modern, scalable technology stack for digital assets platforms.QualificationsAt least 6 years of experience in software engineering or architecture, including 3 years delivering production blockchain or DLT systems.Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.Certifications in blockchain architecture, cloud security or enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred or equivalent, Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Prince 2 Certification or equivalent.AWS or Azure Solution ArchitectureBlockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Protocols (Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda)Smart Contracts, Application Programming Interface (API) Integration and Digital Asset ProtocolsCustody and Key Management (Multi-Party Computation (MPC), Hardware Security Module (HSM), Key Management System (KMS)) in Bank-Grade EnvironmentsSecure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Threat Modelling and Information SecurityMicroservices and Event-Driven Architecture.Enterprise Architecture and Integration StrategyVendor Evaluation and Platform SelectionAgile Methodologies and Solution GovernanceApplication Support, Change and Configuration ManagementBanking Functionality and OperationsBusiness Analysis and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) PracticesStakeholder Relationship Management and Team CollaborationPlanning, Prioritisation and Incident ResolutionExcellent Verbal and Written Communication SkillsWhat we offerComprehe
