<p><strong>Overview<br><br></strong>The</p><p><strong>Overview<br><br></strong>The<strong>Manager – Program Management</strong>is accountable for<strong>end‑to‑end ownership and execution of CPX’s most strategic, cross‑company product and platform programs</strong>.<br><br>This role leads<strong>multi‑year, multi‑partner initiatives</strong>spanning<strong>Microsoft co‑development, AI agent platforms, enterprise RFPs execution, Azure tenant migrations, and CPX services standardization for AI systems</strong>.<br><br>Operating with<strong>high autonomy and executive visibility</strong>, the role ensures programs deliver<strong>measurable business outcomes</strong>, architectural integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness—while directly influencing CPX’s<strong>product-led growth, national champion positioning, and platform scalability strategy</strong>.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Strategic Program Ownership&Governance<br><br><ul><li>Own portfolio‑level program strategy for high‑impact product and platform initiatives</li><li>Define governance models, operating cadence, escalation paths, and executive steering mechanisms</li><li>Manage complex interdependencies across Product, Engineering, SOC, Cloud, Legal, Finance, and Partners</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve delivery, architectural, and organizational risks<br><br></li></ul>Microsoft Co‑Development Leadership<br><br><ul><li>Lead CPX’s strategic co‑development programs with Microsoft across AI, Security, XDR, and Cloud platforms</li><li>Act as the primary execution counterpart to Microsoft product, engineering, and alliance teams</li><li>Govern joint roadmaps, co‑engineering milestones, and co‑sell readiness</li><li>Ensure alignment with CPX IP strategy, Azure standards, and commercial objectives<br><br></li></ul>AI Agents&Advanced Platform Programs<br><br><ul><li>Own delivery of AI agent platforms, agent security controls, and agent orchestration capabilities</li><li>Ensure secure‑by‑design, compliant‑by‑default implementation of AI systems across CPX offerings</li><li>Oversee technical readiness, scalability, resilience, and SOC handover for AI workloads</li><li>Drive convergence between AI product development and security operation<br><br></li></ul>Productization&Strategic RFP Execution<br><br><ul><li>Lead execution of productization programs</li><li>Ensure traceability from product capabilities → delivery plans</li><li>Coordinate Product, Engineering, SOC, Presales, and Partner inputs at senior level</li><li>Own delivery commitments, risk mitigation, and executive reporting<br><br></li></ul>Cloud&Platform Transformation<br><br><ul><li>Own large‑scale migration programs for CPX platforms to CPX Azure tenant</li><li>Govern identity, data, security, compliance, and operational readiness workstreams</li><li>Ensure secure cutover, minimal disruption, and post‑migration optimization</li><li>Track cloud cost efficiency, risk posture, and performance outcomes<br><br></li></ul>Service Standardization<br><br><ul><li>Drive standardization of all CPX offerings</li><li>Ensure standardization process is adhered ensuring deliverables including service description, SLAs, packages, bundles, data sheets, pricing framework, etc.</li><li>Enable scalable, repeatable service delivery aligned with product strategy</li><li>Support onboarding of standardized models across affiliates and delivery teams<br><br></li></ul>Executive Stakeholder&Performance Management<br><br><ul><li>Act as an execution interface with CPX leadership, partners, and key stakeholders</li><li>Define and track program KPIs tied to business value, risk reduction, and time‑to‑market</li><li>Prepare executive dashboards, board‑ready updates, and investment justification materials</li><li>Mentor program managers and contribute to maturity of CPX program management practices<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Skills/Certifications</strong><em>(Technical&Non-Technical)<br><br></em><ul><li>Proven leadership of large‑scale, multi‑year technology and product programs</li><li>Experience with Microsoft ecosystems, Azure platforms, and co‑development models</li><li>Deep understanding of cybersecurity platforms, SOC operations, AI/ML systems, and cloud architectures</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills</li><li>Strong commercial and outcome‑driven mindset</li><li>Certifications preferred: PgMP, PMP, SAFe SPC, Azure Architect, Security certifications<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Work Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>12–15 years of experience in program leadership, product delivery, or platform transformation roles<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or Business</li><li>Master’s degree preferred</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
