Senior Estimation Engineer

We are proud to contribute to the UAE's building and infrastructure development through commitment to quality innovation and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and Building projects (roads bridges utilities rail Industrial Buildings).Review tender documents drawings and specifications to understand project scope.Develop and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.Perform rate analysis for materials labor equipment and subcontract works.Lead bid preparation pricing and submission within deadlines.Conduct cost planning budgeting and forecasting for projects.Perform value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.Ensure compliance with project specifications standards and client requirements.Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.Negotiate rates and finalize cost-effective procurement strategies.Coordinate with engineering procurement and project teams during bidding.Prepare estimation reports bid summaries and management presentations.Present cost analysis and recommendations to senior management.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related Field.Minimum 815 years of experience in construction industry.Min 4 years experience as senior Estimation Engineer.Proven experience in Infrastructure Projects.Strong knowledge of Cost Estimation & Cost Planning BOQ preparation & Quantity Take-off Tendering & Bid Management Rate Analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
