We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Painter to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a Painter you will be responsible for applying highquality decorative and protective coatings to various surfaces in residential commercial and industrial settings.Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and removing old paint or wallpaperMix and match paints according to specifications and color requirementsApply primers paints and other coatings using brushes rollers or spray equipmentEnsure proper coverage and finish quality on all painted surfacesCreate decorative finishes such as faux painting texturing or stenciling when requiredInspect completed work for defects and touch up as necessaryMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling paints and equipmentCollaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on scheduleKeep accurate records of materials used and work completedAdapt painting techniques to accommodate Abu Dhabis climate conditionsProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and supervisorsQualifications :Proven experience 23 years minimum) in professional paintingProficiency in various painting techniques for different surfaces and materialsStrong knowledge of paint types mixing color matching and application methodsFamiliarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical specifications and project plansPhysical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and handle painting equipmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting is preferredSafety certifications related to working with hazardous materials is a plusKnowledge of different paint types and their applications (e.g. oilbased waterbased enamel)Familiarity with surface preparation techniques for various materialsUnderstanding of color theory and design principlesAbility to estimate paint quantities and project timelinesDetailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality workEfficient and organized work habitsExcellent teamwork and communication skillsWillingness to work in various weather conditions including high temperatures and at heights when necessaryAdaptability to work in Abu Dhabis climate conditionsRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
