A multinational engineering firm in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Cost Analyst for Operation and Maintenance to lead the development of costing procedures and performance metrics. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 20+ years of experience, and strong analytical and project management skills.
