OB TITLESenior Associate, Leasing | MAF Properties | Asset Management UAEROLE SUMMARYThe Senior Associate Leasing role provides structured operational and transaction coordination support across the full leasing lifecycle. The role ensures accuracy, speed, and integrity in reporting, governance submissions, documentation processing, CRM compliance, and deal tracking, enabling the Leasing team to execute transactions efficiently and in line with internal approval processes.ROLE PROFILESupport new deals, renewals, amendments, holdovers, and terminations through preparation of proposals, deal summaries, Internal Notes, TVRs, and DAC/PLG packs.Manage end-to-end deal setup and approval workflow across CRM / Yardi ensuring accurate brand, customer, and unit configuration prior to committee submission.Ensure all deal data and supporting documentation are complete, properly recorded, and finalized within required timelines pre- and post-approval.Prepare and deliver reports and trackers with high accuracy and within agreed deadlines.Coordinate with LCM and Legal on drafting lease agreements, amendments, special conditions, notices, and legal correspondence.Follow up on execution of agreements via Docusign and ensure proper filing and documentation control.Liaise with various internal stakeholders to request and consolidate required inputs, ensuring timely progression of transactions.Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, documentation workflows, and data management.REQUIREMENTSA Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent professional certification.3–5 years of relevant experience in leasing coordination, shopping mall operations, commercial administration, or another similar role.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong time management skills.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
