Job Description

As we continue to grow our brokerage division (Secondary, Off-Plan & Leasing), we are looking for a structured and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead the team, optimize conversion, and strengthen our growth strategy.This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands that real estate success is driven by data, discipline, market intelligence and team motivation.Role ObjectiveThe Sales Manager will be responsible for:Leading and developing a team of brokersIncreasing lead-to-deal conversion ratiosEnsuring strong CRM discipline and pipeline visibilityIdentifying market trends and new revenue opportunitiesImplementing structured follow-up systemsDriving accountability and performance cultureThe focus is clear:'Transform activity into measurable and sustainable revenue growth'Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze KPIs (response time, viewings, offers, closings)Audit pipeline leakage and implement corrective strategiesTrack DLD data and market movementsIdentify high-potential areas and projectsCoach agents on negotiation and closingRecruit and upgrade talent when requiredDeliver structured weekly performance reportingIdeal ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estateProven experience managing a producing teamStrong understanding of CRM systems and sales analyticsMarket-aware and trend-oriented mindsetNatural leadership and structured approachSolution-oriented and performance-drivenFrench speaker is a strong plusCompensationBasic salaryPerformance-based incentivesClear growth path within the groupIf you are ready to lead a producing team within a structured and ambitious real estate group, we would be pleased to connect.#J-18808-Ljbffr
