Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Valves & Accessories to lead and expand our business within the oil and gas sector. The role requires strong technical expertise in industrial valves, a proven sales track record, and in-depth knowledge of Qatar Energy product approval processes and Preferred Vendor List (PVL) requirements. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with EPCs, end users, and contractors and will play a key role in driving growth across upstream, midstream, and downstream projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for valves and accessoriesManage and grow key accounts with oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, consultants, and distributorsIdentify and develop new business opportunities across upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas projectsLead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, and close high-value contractsProvide technical support and guidance to customers on valve selection, specifications, and applicationsCoordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and operations teams to ensure technical and commercial complianceMaintain strong knowledge ofQatar Energy product approval systems and Preferred Vendor List (PVL) requirementsManage and supportQatar Energy product registration, approval documentation, testing, and compliance processesParticipate in tenders, bid evaluations, and pre-qualification activitiesMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirementsPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management reviewRepresent the company at client meetings, technical presentations, and industry exhibitionsEnsure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline10–15 years of proven sales experiencein industrial valves and accessories within the oil and gas industryHands-on experience with Qatar Energy approvals and Preferred Vendor List (PVL) processesStrong technical knowledge ofball, gate, globe, and check valves, actuators, fittings, and related accessoriesDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience dealing with EPCs, consultants, and end users, preferably in QatarExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, datasheets, and specificationsValid driving license is mandatoryWillingness to travel as requiredKey Skills & CompetenciesTechnical sales and solution-based sellingQatar Energy PVL and approval process expertiseKey account and relationship managementTendering and contract negotiationMarket analysis and strategic planningCRM and sales reporting tools
