If youre a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for people this is your chance to make waves.This role reports to the Area Sales Director WU - MENA and we will need someone on the ground in Dubai UAE.What you’ll do:Be the change agent for innovative offerings and solutions in Ground Water Intake (GWI) & Municipal Utilities (MUNI) markets.Define and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the Area Sales Director.Lead pilot programs to test new ideas and solutions because great ideas deserve a splash!Engage deeply with end users sales channels and stakeholders through regular visits.Analyze market intelligence and represent Grundfos at exhibitions and industry platforms.Create synergy across product units and ensure knowledge sharing.Drive actionable insights and business outcomes with a data-driven mindset.Your background:A bachelors degree in engineering (bonus points if youre passionate about water solutions). A masters degree in business/commercial is a plus5 - 10 years of experience including leadership of mid-to-large businesses.Strategic planning and execution skills with a collaborative spirit.Entrepreneurial drive and commercial acumen.Experience managing complex projects and initiatives.Strong customer-centric mindset and stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work across all levels of the organization.Fluent in English and Arabic with willingness to travel (up to 40%).Why GrundfosAt Grundfos we celebrate diversity and believe in equitable opportunities for all.
