This role is perfect for candidates who excel at coordinating between customers, sales, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service quality.Job Titles:Sales & Customer Service Coordinator.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate customer deliveries according to confirmed sales orders and stock availability.Liaise with warehouse, drivers, couriers, and logistics providers to arrange smooth deliveries.Track deliveries to ensure they are completed on time.Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices.Follow up with customers for signed delivery notes and Proof of Delivery (POD).Maintain proper records of delivery and invoicing documentation.Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery status and related queries.Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse/logistics, and finance teams.Requirements:Strong organizational and follow-up skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.Basic understanding of sales invoicing and delivery processes.Familiarity with ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus) and Microsoft Excel.Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams.Available for immediate joining.#Dubai #Sales_Marketing #Customer_Careclick hereTo Apply#J-18808-Ljbffr
